  • What is My Artwork Portfolio?
    My Artwork Portfolio is a product of 11 Fingers Design developed in collaboration with artists to create an easy-to-use application for organizing and showcasing their work. It is a flexible product designed for expansion.
  • Can I have the website without the portfolio?
    Although the website offered through My Artwork Portfolio is only available in conjunction with the Portfolio Manager, 11 Fingers Design offers stand alone websites designed for artists as well as custom website design. Contact us to discuss options: [email protected].
  • Can I have the portfolio without the website?
    Yes, you can sign up for the Portfolio Manager without the add-on website. If you change your mind, the website can be added to your Portfolio Manager at a later date while maintaining your data.
  • Is my artwork data secure?
    My Artwork Portfolio is hosting by 11 Fingers Design. We take hosting and security seriously. Our clients are hosted on our own servers located here in the United States and limited to our own customers. We have the latest in virus and intrusion protection installed and servers are monitored 24/7 in a live state-of-the-art data center. All data is backed up daily.   • What happens to my data if I decide not to keep my account active?
    We hope you will stay with us using My Artwork Portfolio, but if you decide to cancel your account, we will keep your data available for 60 days should you decide to renew.
  • What are my options for support from for My Artwork Portfolio?
    We are fanatical about customer support. You will have a personal support specialist assigned to you during setup. We think you’ll find the system so easy to use once it has been setup, that your need for support will be minimal, but, of course, you may contact your specialist by phone or email at any time.
  • Can I add a blog or a newsletter to my website?
    Yes, we have modules that can be added for a blog or a newsletter. Talk to your specialist about your needs to receive a quote for your custom additions.
  • Can I use my own domain name?
    Yes, we can help you point your own domain name to your website at My Artwork Portfolio.
  • Is my website seo optimized?
    Yes, your website templates have been designed with the latest programming functions. Each page also has a place for you to add specific search terms to increase your traffic.
  • Can I connect to facebook, Instagram and other social media sites?
    Yes, your website has a place to add your social media links.
  • What about statistics?
    Your website can be connected to google analytics.
  • How is billing handled?
    Invoices are sent by email and payment can be made directly online with credit card through Quickbooks.
